The goo you have made looks exactly how it should BUT... I chopped 10 regular sized strawberries and I ended up with way more strawberry pieces than you - not only that but you then proceed to use only half of them. I wouldn't mind, but you then proceed to use the full set of ingredients rather than adjust them for the vastly reduced amount of strawberries. Anyway, I thought it best just to ignore that anomaly and instead just followed the pure facts. Well, my goo looked nothing like yours. I had a shed load of strawberries which looked pink in colour not the nice red you got - indeed it looked nothing like yours throughout the process and I can't help think its because I actually used 10 strawberries as suggested. My goo did not set in a jelly like manner, rather it just looked like a load of mush and had a wallpaper paste quality to it. Taste wise it wasn't without it's charm, but certainly didn't look or taste like good old fashioned strawberry syrupy glaze - but yours really does look just right. Can you explain yourself?!

I failed..😢 It wasn't a convert in Foam form after whisking for so long. So again reheated with a small amount of water after that I again whisked it and it turned directly into Crystal form. Like icing sugar... I don't understand what happened!!??
